Affectionately known as VRC Nair, Mr. V.R. Chandrasekharan Nair brings over four decades
of leadership, operational expertise, and educational vision to Skillengg. His extensive
experience in training, administration, and management makes him an invaluable asset to
the organization. As the Co-Founder and CEO, Mr. VRC Nair is committed to revolutionizing
professional skill development with a focus on innovation and excellence.
- Mr. VRC Nair has a rich professional background spanning more than 40 years. Key milestones in his career include:
- CRPF Officer (1981 – 2005):
o Served in the Central Reserve Police Force for 24 years.
o Gained expertise in: - Administration
o Law and order
o Operational management
o Developed strong leadership skills while managing high-pressure environments. - TUV Rheinland NIFE Academy Pvt. Ltd. (2007 – 2020):
o Manager, Practical Training (2007 – 2012):
o Controlled and managed training programs in fire safety, elevator technology, and optical fiber technology.
o Revised syllabi, formed batches, and ensured discipline among students and staff.

With over three decades of experience in technical supervision, training, and academic
leadership, Mr. George VJ serves as the Director of Academics at Skillengg. His dedication
to educational excellence and his extensive technical background make him a vital
contributor to the institute’s success in shaping the future of professional skill
development.
Indian Air Force (1987 – 2007): Served for 20 years as a Technical Supervisor.
Key responsibilities included:
- Overhauling aeroengines for Mirage-2000 and Mig-23 aircraft.
- Managing industrial safety and administrative protocols.
- Completing specialized technical and management courses, including
JWO Management and Fire Safety.
TUV Rheinland NIFE Academy Pvt. Ltd. (2007 – 2021): Head of Academic Department for 14 years at this multinational corporation.
Played a pivotal role in:
- Designing and overseeing academic programs.
- Managing the academic staff and ensuring high-quality training
delivery. - Coordinating with certification bodies and industry partners for
program accreditation.

private sectors, Mr. Dilieep K.N serves as the Director of Operations & Marketing at
Skillengg. His expertise in sales management, operations, and administrative leadership
provides a strong foundation for the institute’s growth and strategic direction.
Mr. Dilieep K.N has a diverse work experience in both public and private sectors, showcasing his adaptability and leadership:
Government University, Kerala (2005 – 2023):
Served as a Senior Section Officer.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Worked closely with the examination, academic, and finance branches
of the university. - Managed administrative functions for the Student Dean’s Office.
- Deputed as Fisheries Welfare Officer, managing over 10,000
